Im Robo. My first application of this product was not very comfortable. My hemorrhoids are external. I allied a small amount and like I do with other creams lightly push them into place. In seconds the burning sensation brought tears to my eyes. I decided to wipe it off with a cool washcloth. Should I try again? I do feel better down there a tad this morning. I put a thin layer on another spot there was closed dry ski. And no signs or reactions there.
